Description
This proof box will work for 23 x 33 screens. Aluminum construction with universal extruded pan supports accommodate a variety of pans and screens. Full-length Lexan® door with heavy duty hinges, positive closing latch and perimeter gasket. Bottom mounted electrical unit with separate controls for heat and humidity. “Cast-in” humidity system prevents element burnout and potential injury from accidental contact with exposed heating element. Self-draining feature collects excess moisture into a standard bun pan (not included) below the base of cabinet.
- Insulated and non-insulated proofing cabinets are available in full, 3 4, half and undercounter size models constructed of aluminum
- Full size AED models are extra deep at 39 to accommodate pans and screens
- Universal extruded pan supports will accommodate a wide variety of pans and screens
- Clear Lexan doors with heavy-duty hinges and positive closing latches with full perimeter gaskets
- User-friendly, bottom mounted controls feature independent heat and humidity adjustment
- Temperature range from 60° to 120°F (16° to 49°C) while the water reservoir holds up to 5 quarts (4.7 liters)
- BevLes cast-in humidity system prevents element burnout while providing added safety for the operator
- Self-draining feature for excess moisture collection below the cabinet
- Equipped with heavy duty plate swivel casters with 5 (127mm.) neoprene wheels, two with locks
