DRAFT INDUCER KIT FOR GAS FRYERS
For Propane heated fryers, and Natural Gas above 3,000 feet. Available in 3 sizes and Voltages.
The draft inducer ensures that gas combustion exhaust is vented through the exhaust flue at the back of your fryer so that air quality is not compromised. It s recommended for all 718L, 724 and 734 gas open kettle fryers that are heated with Propane, and for Natural Gas heated fryers located 3,000 feet ( 915 meters) or more in altitude. The Draft Inducer is pre-installed for new equipment, or can be added by a technician.
